Micromold manufactures many engineered plastic fluid handling products using extremely corrosion resistant materials including PTFE and PVDF.
Micromold — Over 50 Years in Engineered Plastic Fluid-Flow Products
Since 1950, Micromold products has manufactured a broad line of corrosion-resistant plastic products for the process industries. Micromold specializes in standard and custom products made from PTFE, PFA, & FEP and such other high-performance plastics as Kynar, polypropylene, PEEK, nylon, Kel-F, and UHMW polyethylene.
As one of the earliest processors of PTFE resins and fabricators of PTFE products, Micromold has accumulated a wealth of know-how in the field. It has developed a number of proprietary manufacturing processes, with especially sophisticated capabilities in the manufacture of PTFE and PFA machined parts and weldments.
Micromold also makes a full line of CNC machined parts for process industry OEMs including virgin and reinforced PTFE, PEEK, and UHMW polyethylene ball valve seats, butterfly valve seats, pump seals, and instrumentation components as well as a complete range of plastic screw machine parts for process industry OEMs and distributors.

Micromold — PTFE Piping Systems & Accessories
Micromold’s FLUOR-O-FLO® PTFE piping systems are well suited for use in industries that demand the purity and extreme corrosion resistance associated with PTFE. Micromold’s systems can be found in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to semiconductors and from chemical plants to pulp mills.
Micromold’s piping systems are ideal for applications where extremely aggressive fluids must be handled. Complete systems and individual parts are available for both threaded and clamp-joint piping systems. Both systems are well suited to low-pressure process industry applications where the extreme corrosion resistance and purity of PTFE are desirable. The XPress™ system is especially suited to drain line applications in which aggressive solvents, acids and alkalis, and sometimes unpredicted fluid mixtures, must be drained. Compared to PTFE lined steel systems, or those made of nickel alloy, Hastelloy, or exotic metals such as tantalum or zirconium, the FLUOR-O-FLO® systems are usually a more cost-effective solution. Both piping systems can be connected easily to other systems.
