AVCO 1116 & 1226 Series Gate Valves
There are two models of AVCO gate valves to choose from; the AVCO 1116 Series and 1226 Series. The AVCO 1116 Series is available with 150# ANSI flanged ends, a metal seat and bolted bonnet. The AVCO 1226 Series comes with NPT ends, a screwed bonnet and a non-rising stem and is rated to 200 psi. Both valves are stocked in 316 stainless steel (CF8M). The 1116 Series is available upon request in a variety of alloys including Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Hastelloy C and AL6XN among others. The flanged gate valves are available from ½” through 10″ and the threaded end gate valves are available from ½” through 2″. These AVCO gate valves are an economical choice for use in oil & gas, steam, food processing or chemical applications.
AVCO 1100 Series Ball Valve
The AVCO 1100 series ball valve is made for high performance and quality. The investment cast, precision machined, 3-piece design gives great flexibility for butt weld, socket weld, NPT, BSP and flanged ends up to ANSI class 600 or 2000 WOG. It is designed in-house to meet or exceed ASME B16.34 and fully tested to API 598. Materials of construction are stainless steel, carbon steel and various alloys including Hastelloy, Alloy 20, Monel & Inconel. The floating full port ball lies between seats encapsulated in metal retainer rings. The encapsulation of the seat also gives an option for fire safe trim that meets API 607. Seats are available in TFE, RTFE, CTFE, UHMWPE, PEEK and Stellite metal to satisfy harsh environment and high temperature applications. Whether for use in the oil, gas, chemical or steam industry, this valve will deliver performance, quality and ease of use.
AVCO 100 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO 100 series ball valve is an economy 1-piece ball valve in cast 316 stainless steel (CF8M) with NPT ends that meet ASME B1.20.1. It is a reduced port valve that provides reliable performance at the lowest price points. The 100 Series is available in sizes ¼” through 2″ and up to 1000 WOG pressure and temperatures up to 400°F. The valves come standard with a locking lever handle to prevent unwarranted use. A blow-out proof stem is standard. The valves come with 15% glass filled TFE seats and TFE seals to provide consistent performance in a wide range of applications including the chemical, hydraulic, food processing, water, oil and gas industries.
AVCO 1500 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO 1500 series ball valve brings all the features and benefits of our 1100 series valve to the cryogenic market. Designed in accordance with ASME B16.34, it incorporates a single piece cryogenic bonnet extension bolted to the main valve body. The valve is available off the shelf or with customized bonnet lengths to give greater flexibility and ensure the operator is at a sufficient distance from the pipeline. Inter-changeability enables this valve to be supplied as a L-port cryogenic diverter valve with bottom or side entry ports or as a Vee ported cryogenic control valve. Ideally suited to the aerospace, petrochemical, liquid nitrogen (LNG) and liquid oxygen markets, this valve will meet all your requirements.
AVCO 1700 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO 1700 series bottom entry diverter ball valve brings high quality and performance to the diverter and mixing valve market. Using a 90-degree diverter ball allows the valve to flow different media into a common port and is often used for flushing lines or as a common valve into a mixing tank. When installed with a V ported ball it offers metered mixing into a common line. The 180-degree ball option gives media swapping capabilities or media diversion. Available with all the same options as most of our entire 1000 series range, these valves offer flexibility in materials and end styles for use in many applications. This valve series is truly at home in the oil, gas, petroleum and food processing industries, meeting the highest standards such as ASME B16.34 & API 598.
AVCO 1800 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO 1800 series side entry diverter ball valve uses a 90-degree ball to swap or divert flow from one port to another or change one media flow to another media flow through a common port. This gives an easy solution to flush systems via one control point or a single point entry into a chemical mix tank and offers long life service in the most demanding conditions. Pressure classes listed in ASME B16.34 up to class 600 are catered for and flange ratings to 600# (ASME B16.5) plus other end styles are available from stock. As with all the 1000 series models, material choice is paramount and almost any media such as acid, resin or hardener can be handled by the valve. The broad range of metal alloys and plastics ensures the perfect solution will be found.
AVCO 1900 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO 1900 series V-ported (Vee) flow control ball valve brings together all the advantages of the 1100 series 3-piece ball valve into the precision flow control market. Precise control is achieved by an engineered Vee or slot in the floating ball along with tight tolerances to minimize hysteresis (backlash and judder). Standard balls are available with 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree Vee ports. The encapsulation of the seat also gives an option for fire safe trim that meets API 607. We also carry blanks that are engineered to suit custom flow characteristics. The 1900 series V port valve also facilitates tight shut-off to act as isolation when needed. The Vee balls can also be used in our 1500 series cryogenic valves where precise control is needed in cryogenic service. As part of the 1000 series, the ball valve is designed to meet ASME B16.34 and comes in a variety of metals and alloys with a choice of seat and seal materials.
AVCO 2116 Series Ball Valves
There are two models of AVCO globe valves to choose from; the AVCO 2116 Series and 2226 Series. The AVCO 2116 Series is available with ANSI 150# flanged ends, a metal seat and a bolted bonnet. The AVCO 2226 Series comes with NPT ends, a screwed bonnet and a non-rising stem and is rated to 200 psi. Both valves are stocked in 316 stainless steel (CF8M). AVCO 2100 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO 2100 series ball valve is a sanitary/clean valve ideal for use in the biotech, pharmaceutical and high purity industries. The 3-piece design comprises low carbon stainless steel (SS 316L) components, which come standard with 20 Ra surface finish on all contact surfaces and can be electro-polished to 15 Ra when required. Cavity filled seats are available to minimize dead space in the body cavity and keep operating torque low. Due to the requirement for cleanliness, these valves are all offered oxygen (O2) cleaned and bagged. The valves meet the requirements of ASME BPE as standard and are strictly controlled by our in-house QA procedures and come complete with an ISO 5211 mount pad for additional equipment to be installed. The 2100 Series valves are well suited for sanitary installations in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage and semi-conductor industries.
AVCO 3116 Series Swing Check Valves
There are two models of AVCO swing check valves to choose from; the AVCO 3116 Series and 3226 Series. The AVCO 3116 Series is available with ANSI 150# flanged ends, a metal seat and a bolted cap. The AVCO 3226 Series comes with NPT ends, integrated seats and a screwed cap and is rated to 200 psi. Both valves are stocked in 316 stainless steel (CF8M). The flanged check valves are available from ½” through 10″ and the threaded end check valves are available from ½” through 2″. These AVCO swing check valves are an economical choice for use in oil & gas, steam, food processing or chemical applications.
AVCO 300 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO 300 series ball valve is an economy side entry diverter ball valve with ‘L’ and ‘T’’port ball options to swap or divert flow from one port to another, or change one media flow to another media flow through a common port. Constructed from cast 316 stainless steel (CF8M), it has NPT ends that meet ASME B1.20.1 and comes standard with an ISO 5211 direct mounting pad. It is available in sizes ¼” through 2″ and up to 1000 WOG pressure. The valves come standard with a locking lever handle to prevent unwarranted use. A live loaded, blow-out proof stem is standard with reduced port flow. The valves come with 15% glass filled TFE (RTFE) seats and TFE seals to provide consistent performance in a wide range of applications including the chemical, hydraulic, food processing, water, oil and gas industries. The 300 Series valves offer the lowest price point for our diverter ball valves.

AVCO Electric Actuators
AVCO Pneumatic Actuators
The highly dependable AVCO pneumatic actuators come in two configurations – double acting and spring return. The actuators share the same design with the only exception being that one model has springs and the other model does not. This allows for the easy change over between double acting and spring return in the field or at the factory. They can also be switched from the standard CCW rotation to CW rotation. The actuators have an extruded aluminum body with die-cast aluminum end caps. A position indicator with NAMUR slot sits on top of the actuator body to allow for visual indication or mounting of a positioner or limit switch and the drive/mount pad meets ISO 5211. The actuator air inlet and exhaust ports are designed for direct mount NAMUR solenoids. Buna body seals come standard, but Viton seals are available for higher temperature applications and LNBR seals are available for cryogenic applications. Internal features include a blow-out proof pinion, dual opposed rack pistons and adjustable travel stops. The double acting actuators have a linear torque output for smooth operation throughout the valve cycle. As a default, AVCO sizes actuators on an 80 psi air supply, but torque values are provided for other air supply pressures as well. Modifications can be made to the actuators to achieve closing speeds as fast as 0.1 seconds. Actuators with stainless steel body and end caps are available when automation is needed in corrosive environments.
AVCO HP1100 Series Ball Valves
AVCO IV1100 Series Ball Valves
The AVCO IV1100 series ball valve is a welded instrumentation valve with multiple ports based upon the proven design of our signature 1000 series high performance ball valves. The body and end are machined from bar stock with the body having multiple 1/2″ FNPT connections to allow addition of measurement devices. The end connection is available as 1/2″ or 3/4″ FNPT. It is designed in-house to meet or exceed ASME B16.34 class 900 or 3000 WOG and fully tested to API 598. Materials of construction are stainless steel, carbon steel and various alloys including Hastelloy, Alloy 20 & Monel. The floating ball sits between two encapsulated seats of various materials for long operation in most harsh environment and high temperature applications. The stem is live loaded with blow out prevention and has online adjustment capability. This valve is ideal use when system measurements are required in the oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical and steam industries.
