Harrington Industrial Plastics (“Harrington”) has acquired Commercial Industrial Supply (CIS) in partnership with CIS Owner, Ron Heisler. CIS was co-founded in 2008 by Ron Heisler, who was in contracting early in his career and understood the needs and challenges of the industry. The acquisition of CIS was a perfect fit for Harrington, due to the company’s common philosophy of exceptional customer service, top brands, and commitment to their clientele. The acquisition of CIS will round out Harrington’s national footprint in the Carolina’s and will enable both Harrington and CIS to better service their customers.
Harrington has been a leading distributor of industrial products for corrosive and high purity applications since 1959 and is proud to add the employees, customers, and suppliers of CIS to our family. The partnership with Harrington will give CIS customers access to an expanded array of services, technical support, and quality products.
