Fluid Gauge operates from two locations in California and serves customers in the food & beverage, biopharma, industrial, municipal, and institutional end markets. Also included in the transaction is A-1 Milmac, a custom hose fabricator, wholly owned by FGC.

The company’s specialty engineered metal PVF and instrumentation portfolio, along with custom hose fabrication capabilities, complement Harrington’s portfolio and broaden the range of solutions Harrington provides to customers.
